Senior Collections Analyst (12-month FTC)
Solihull, 2 days a week on - site
Up to £35,000
The Company:
Joining the 2nd largest banking group in Europe, going through a big transformation of driving data through internal teams. They are looking to bring in a Senior Collections Analyst to look at collections performance.
Reporting into the Debt Sales Manager.
The Role:
As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Looking at and analysing the performance of collections and the effects
- Looking at customer insight and segmentation of customer debt.
- Adhoc analytics for the team and team performance
Skills/ Requirements:
- SQL experience
- Python or data visualisation experience
- Strong communication skills

2nd stage - Technical and competency-based interview
