Senior Clinical Pharmacist: Medicines Optimisation Leader

A leading healthcare provider in Chertsey is looking for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join their Pharmacy Department. This part-time role involves providing expert clinical pharmacy input, optimising medicines use, and leading the implementation of medicines optimisation strategies. The successful candidate will be a GPhC-registered pharmacist with significant post-registration clinical experience, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
