Senior Client Relationship Consultant - UK IT Services

Infosys Limited in the UK is seeking a Senior Consultant-Customer Relationship to act as the primary interface for ESR Central Team stakeholders, manage client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and align Infosys delivery with strategic governance expectations across HR and Payroll services.

You will lead governance forums, coordinate with Service Delivery, Technical and Change teams, drive issue resolution and risk mitigation, and push continuous improvement.
