We're looking for an Agency Senior Director of Client Development to join our London team. Your mission as the player/coach of the team will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing complex products and highly differentiated solutions into Publicis Groupe clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing, renewing, and upselling business. You'll report to the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and work closely with the Account Managers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders at Epsilon and Publicis Groupe. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in the office).
What You'll Achieve
- Use business acumen and sales skills to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and position Epsilon's offerings to help Groupe clients achieve their goals.
- Drive revenue by navigating internal organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders and partners within Publicis Groupe.
- Deliver customized sales solutions that address client needs and help meet their objectives.
- Manage day-to-day account activities internally and externally.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at the client and internal levels.
- Quickly learn and understand the client landscape to provide competitive and meaningful solutions.
- Negotiate with internal and client stakeholders to create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Lead internal teams in preparing and delivering solutions aligned with client objectives.
Who You Are
- Experience: 8+ years in sales, marketing, SaaS, or client management, with experience in ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency work being a plus.
- Skills: Knowledge of marketing components, analytics, media performance, forecasting, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, strategic thinker, consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, team-oriented, and proficient with tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Preferred: Driven, curious, proactive, and focused on personal development.
