As a Senior Client Account Set-Up Analyst (ISA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely setup of customer accounts and maintaining customer information. Your responsibilities will primarily involve account creation on our systems, verifying and updating essential customer data and documentation, as well as sending out Welcome Letters.

Role Responsibilities From day 1
  1. Accurate and efficient customer account opening.
  2. Verify and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness while opening the accounts.
  3. Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, taking the initiative to work with your manager if you identify areas for improvement.
  4. Work with confidential and sensitive customer information, adhering to strict data security and privacy protocols.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, following established guidelines and procedures.
  6. Be vigilant for data discrepancies and inconsistencies, addressing them promptly by communicating with internal stakeholders.
  7. Engage with other stakeholders as part of the project to launch ISAs. Draw on the experience gained at Insignis, coupled with relevant industry knowledge, to assist with building out the new ISA account opening and transfer process.

Once the ISA proposition has launched, the role will evolve to include opening ISA accounts and facilitating transfers. The responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring accurate and efficient ISA account opening, paying close attention to detail to follow all steps and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver training on new requirements and supporting colleagues with questions related to ISA account opening and transfers.
  3. Liaising with external stakeholders to execute ISA transfers efficiently.
  4. Maintaining accurate data entry across all products and services, demonstrating flexibility and prioritization skills as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of two years in an operational role within Financial Services.
  • Experience working within a pension/ISA transfer team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to account opening.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • A proven track record of strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Working Pattern
  • Hybrid working pattern in London office, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
