Senior Clerk of Works - Social Housing Inspections (Hybrid)

Brandon James Ltd is recruiting a Clerk of Works to oversee inspections on social housing contracts across Bristol and surrounding areas. The role requires extensive on-site assessment, reporting, and ensuring compliance with drawings and Building Regulations.

You will produce detailed technical reports with photographic evidence, manage defect trackers, and coordinate with site teams. A UK driving licence and knowledge of contract forms (JCT/NEC) are advantageous.
