Senior Cleaning Operations Manager

NIC is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead on-site cleaning teams and drive high service standards in Ipswich. You will ensure schedules, budgets, and KPI targets are met while coordinating with the client and other on-site contractors to maintain contract specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving and the ability to manage staff, audits, records and training to uphold NIC policies and safety guidelines.
