Senior Claims Assessor - Lead Complex Cases (Hybrid)

Irish Life is seeking a senior professional to join the Claims/Underwriting team in a hybrid role based in our City Centre offices. You will own complex, high-value cases within delegated authority, applying sound judgement and providing coaching to strengthen capability.

Reporting to the Claims or Underwriting Manager, you will drive process improvements, balance customer needs with governance standards, and contribute to governance reviews and digital initiatives.
