Senior Civil Engineer Lead National Projects Hybrid

DBFL is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead a design team on large national infrastructure projects across public and private sectors. You will manage clients, budgets, and project delivery from feasibility through construction, reporting to a Civil Director.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of civil experience, strong commercial acumen, and Chartered status or progression toward it, with a focus on mentoring staff and delivering high-quality designs.
