Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Bridgend, South Wales (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the technical delivery of projects across the water, power, heavy industry, and design & build sectors. You'll be working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team and engaging in all stages of project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the civil design elements of a variety of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Manage junior engineers and support staff, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
  • Produce and review design calculations, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Support business development and bid preparation as needed.


What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Chartered or near-chartered Civil Engineer (ICE or equivalent).
  • Strong technical design background in civil infrastructure.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-sector engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with UK design standards and regulations.
