Senior Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular local authority based in Greater Manchester who are seeking an Senior Childcare Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

This role requires once a week office attendance and is for 4 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Senior Childcare Solicitor:

• Providing timely, high quality and accurate legal, tactical and strategic advice.
• Must have Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.
• Dealing with Childcare case loads from start to completion.

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant childcare law experience.
• MUST hold a practise certificate
• Able to Perform advocacy.
