Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Bristol Core Venues (M Shed, City Hall, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and Create)
Salary: £30,276 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

We are looking for a passionate and committed Senior Chef de Partie to join our culinary team across our Bristol Venues. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied and fast paced contract, supporting cafés, large scale events and banqueting operations while continuing to develop your career within a supportive food focused environment.
This role requires flexibility, as you will work across all four core venues as required, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the culinary function across the full BCC Core Venues contract
- Work across cafés, events and banqueting operations, including large scale events
- Prepare, cook and present food to the required standard
- Support food service during busy service periodsl
- Ensure all kitchens and food preparation areas are clean and well maintained at all times
- Be fully compliant with all HSE, food safety and commercial policies
- Deliver food standards in line with brand and sustainability requirements
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to support daily operations
- Act as a positive role model within the kitchen
- Minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen
- A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and beautifully crafted dishes
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Ambition to progress their culinary career under the leadership of our head chef
- Experience of working in busy cafés or large events preferred
- A real passion for food and food quality
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
- Organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure
- Keen to learn, develop and progress into the next role
- Motivated to build a long-term career with the company
- Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and across multiple venues
