Senior Change Manager: Retail Transformation (12-Month)

Pets at Home is seeking a Senior Business Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and deliver strategic change across our Retail Transformation agenda. Based at our Handforth Support Office, this hybrid role requires bringing structure, pace and clarity to a high-profile programme of work.

You'll work with senior leaders and frontline stakeholders to ensure change activity aligns with the wider business strategy, provide governance and insights, manage risks, and embed new
