Senior Change Leader - Defence & Gov, Hybrid

i3Works in Bristol, UK, seeks an experienced Senior Change Manager to deliver expert change management for clients across defence, public and private sectors. You will lead stakeholder engagement, shape delivery strategy, and guide teams to achieve the agreed delivery plan in a hybrid working arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have Defence or Central Government experience and may hold Prosci CCP, CMS, CCMP, or Agile Change Agent certifications.
