Senior Ceded Reinsurance Specialist (Hybrid-London)

EXL in London is seeking an experienced Onshore Ceded Reinsurance Specialist to join our UK reinsurance team. This role manages placement, administration and oversight of ceded reinsurance programmes, ensuring risk transfer and regulatory compliance within UK and Lloyd's market frameworks.

The successful candidate will bring 8-10 years of ceded reinsurance experience, with deep knowledge of treaty and FAC contracts and strong relationships with reinsurers and brokers.
