I am currently supporting a global organisation undergoing a significant procurement transformation following the appointment of a new Chief Procurement Officer.
They are seeking an experienced IT Procurement leader to join on an interim basis and play a key role in shaping how technology spend is managed across the business.
This role will focus on strategic global IT categories including applications, software and cloud, working with major enterprise technology suppliers and supporting the rollout of a new procurement operating model and technology platform.
The position operates within a complex international environment and will suit someone comfortable stepping into transformation programmes and bringing structure to evolving procurement functions.
You will work closely with senior technology stakeholders while also leading and developing a small team.
Ideal background:
- Strong IT Procurement or Technology Category Management experience
- Proven capability managing large global technology suppliers
- Experience operating in global matrix organisations
- Comfortable working in transformation environments
London based role with some hybrid working available but predominantly officed based.
