Senior Category Manager - Construction Services Location: Hybrid, based from Derby, Manchester or Warrington Salary: £75,473 - £93,187 dependent on experience + 17% bonus + £5,000 benefits allowance Senior Category Manager - Construction Services Lead cross functional sourcing teams and collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Programme Delivery, Commercial and Operations to align technical and commercial requirements.Strong experience in Category Management with demonstrable delivery of value, risk reduction and strategic sourcing outcomes.Excellent negotiation capability with strong analytical, data driven decision making skills.Experience in construction or infrastructure supply chain essential.Experience with standard construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, Construction frameworks and Alliancing contracts. Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.Degree or equivalent experience is essential; MCIPS / RICS or similar qualifications are desirable. Minimum 53 years in a senior leadership role. years' procurement experience with at least Location & Ways of Working This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office.
