Senior Care & Clinical Lead - NMC Registered Nurse (Hybrid)

Caraires Recruitment Limited is seeking a part-time Head of Care / Lead Nurse for a charity in Rugby. The role is 22.5 hours per week, hybrid with travel abroad every Easter for 2 weeks, and a pro-rata salary of £33k.

You will lead clinical governance, manage volunteer nurses, ensure safety and quality, and report to the board. NMC-registered with Band 8+ experience; travel and safeguarding experience required; charity background desirable.
