Senior C++ Developer - Low-Latency Trading Systems

Are you a Senior C++ Developer who thrives on building high-performance, low-latency systems?

You'll design and evolve low-latency platforms used across global markets, working closely with other senior engineers to push performance, scalability, and reliability to the limit.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building low-latency C++ systems for Real Time market data

• Optimising performance across multi-threaded, concurrent architectures

• Improving system efficiency, resilience, and maintainability

• Collaborating with engineers and product teams on complex technical challenges

• Applying secure coding and robust unit testing practices

• Contributing to technical standards and sharing best practices across the team

Essential skills

• Strong experience in low-latency C++ development

• Multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimisation

• Experience with SQL and/or KDB databases

• Proven ability to work on complex, high-throughput systems

Nice to have

• Background in financial markets or trading systems

• Knowledge of market data protocols (FIX, FAST, ITCH)

• Scripting experience (Python or Shell)
