This role goes beyond transactional purchasing - you'll play a key part in cost control, supplier performance and stock optimisation, with genuine scope to progress towards Procurement Management.

- Oversee stock control and replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Analyse purchasing and inventory data to drive improvements and mitigate supply risks.
- Work closely with operational and finance teams to support project delivery and margin control.
- 3-5 years' experience in procurement / buying (minimum 3 years in a buying role).
- Strong systems capability with confidence using ERP platforms and analysing data.
- Commercially astute, detail-focused and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Experience within engineering, construction or heavy industry environments desirable.
