Senior Business Planner -Retail & Apparel - 12 Months

We're currently looking for a Lead Business Planner to join an exciting project wat a prominent retail and apparel brand. You will drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance optimization across digital channels.

This is a high-impact role where you'll drive planning and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consumer-centric, data-driven business plans.

What you'll do:

• Drive pre-season and in-season assortment planning across sales, inventory, margin and product performance.
• Use data, reporting and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with merchandising, digital, supply chain, finance and retail teams to build strong, consumer-focused plans.
• Lead weekly trading sessions, reacting to performance and developing action plans.
• Translate complex data into clear storytelling to influence decision-making.

What you bring:

• Strong business or financial planning experience
• 4+ years in retail merchandising or planning, including experience in E-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and planning tools experience.
• Background in assortment, inventory management, business analytics or similar.
• Confident communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
• A proactive, fast-paced mindset with the ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously.

Contract details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 12months + (plus potential extensions)
