Senior Business Change Manager - Immediate start preferred - Large complex multi sector organization

- Hybrid working, travel to divisional sites as required - UK wide - expenses will be paid
- Standard business hours with occasional out-of-hours activity for cutovers and urgent escalations.
- Willing to obtain security clearance, if required.
Rate - £600 per day - Inside IR35
Start - Immediately - Must be able to start within one week of offer - this is mandatory
Business Change Manager to support one of our most important IT Programmes M365 Tenancy Migrations within Group.
This is a senior role working in lockstep with the multiple IT Project Managers, to ensure business readiness for doing a staggered switch out of circa 2000 laptops and tablet devices in preparation for a migration of M365 workload (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerApps and teams) into the core tenant.
The programme is inflight, although in early stages and is now looking to bring on the Change role to support.
Must have delivery experience and have led multi-site large scale IT rollouts (and needs to have done this a few times).
- Interview will be a single stage interview with Portfolio Lead. Looking for immediate availability on this one.
- Contract for six months. May be additional project opportunities beyond.
Essential experience & skills:
- 10+ years' change management experience with demonstrable delivery on large IT migrations or roll-outs (M365 migrations, device deployments, desktop refresh programmes).
- Strong track record managing change across multiple business units and geographically dispersed teams.
- Solid understanding of M365 workloads (Exchange/Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) and device management concepts (Intune/Autopilot, imaging/provisioning) - technical hands-on knowledge desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven stakeholder engagement at senior levels and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience developing training, communications and adoption programmes for end users and managers.
- Familiar with change frameworks and techniques (ADKAR, Prosci, stakeholder analysis, TNA, benefits realisation).
- Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop design skills.
- Strong affinity for metrics and reporting - able to define and track adoption KPIs.
