Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst - €750/d - Brussels (2x a week) - French Speaking - Initial 6-month contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our globally recognised travel client and play a key role in shaping and delivering business and technology change. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and third-party partners to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and effective solutions. They are looking for an individual who can challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure solutions deliver real business value.

The Senior Business Analyst will be involved throughout the delivery life cycle, from requirements gathering and process modelling through to testing, implementation and transition into operations. You will support functional design, testing, defect resolution, stakeholder communication and risk management, ensuring requirements and documentation remain clear and aligned.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong experience in business and functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with architects, developers and third-party vendors.
• Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Experience across testing, validation and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with process modelling and tools such as Bizzdesign and Confluence.
• Highly organised, proactive and results driven.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Location: Brussels (2x a week onsite)

Duration: Initial 6-month contract

Day Rate: £750 per day
