Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of new products to meet customer requirements and needs
  • Assist and support technical teams in the design and deployment of tools and products into the marketplace
  • Ensure the delivery of robust, sustainable, and scalable solutions while engaging with IT and business partners
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliverables; act as a consultant to propose business solutions, products, and services to drive change
  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Responsible for detailed and continuous business analysis, identifying problems and opportunities, and recommending solutions for the business
  • Collaborate with business development and product development managers on roadmap planning, prioritization, business requirements sessions, and other key activities
  • Participate in multiple phases of product delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and support
  • Evaluate gaps in processes and opportunities for automation
  • Capture business requirements and transform them into technical specifications
  • Write User Stories
  • Define product requirements, specifications, product scope, and timelines
  • Design and maintain documentation, system and data flow diagrams, and processes
  • Organize and assist in the facilitation of training and business workshops
  • Assist in UAT activities
  • Support onboarding customers and provisioning users
  • Assist Customer Support, Operations, and Services after deployment and go live
  • Handle customer relationships and proactively engage to prevent issues
  • Support incident management and follow ups with users
  • Manage and monitor operations metrics and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Degree Qualified (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, SW development, Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
  • Prior working experience in business analysis, including product development and/or product management projects experience
  • Demonstrated very good knowledge of Application and SW development/implementation methodologies like Agile and Scrum, or similar
  • Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in technical writing and technical documentation
  • Proven experience in creating new products and services, or deploying large scale tech solutions
  • Proven experience working in a large multinational company or similar environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated business acumen with a customer facing mindset and/or relevant experience
  • Proven experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy, healthcare consultancy or related fields
  • Proven ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Proven solid analytical, problem solving skills and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodologies, like PRINCE2
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT systems, databases and other related technologies
  • Demonstrated understanding of Analytics, Data Science, Databases and Cloud computing
  • Proven experience working in a customer success team, customer support operations, technical support, or customer service
