Job Description As part of the evolution projects of system X, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst capable of bridging business teams and technical teams. You will be responsible for analyzing needs, defining requirements, and supporting teams in implementing solutions adapted to business challenges. Your role will be central to ensuring alignment between business needs, processes, and solutions. We are seeking a senior profile with confirmed experience in business analysis within complex IT environments, capable of working autonomously throughout the entire requirements lifecycle and interacting with senior business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities - Analyze and understand business needs and their challenges and facilitate need collection workshops with stakeholders and business experts - Formalize needs in the form of requirements and user stories - Define and document acceptance criteria and track the impacts of changes on business processes and existing systems - Participate in defining test cases and monitor test campaign outcomes and the functional consistency of proposed solutions - Collaborate closely with development teams, business teams, and participate in deployment phases and user support Required Profile - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis or functional analysis - Confirmed experience in complex IT environments - Experience in Agile methodology - Solid experience in requirements engineering and test management - Ability to work autonomously and lead functional analysis activities - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience in writing user stories - Knowledge of ITIL processes - Experience with Microfocus ALM - Familiarity with Lean approaches (5S, Kaizen, HERMES) or experience with the HERMES methodology - Experience in public organizations or large institutions What Sigmalis Offers You - A particularly advantageous pension plan (LPP) - A performance-related bonus linked to individual performance and company results - The possibility of working remotely up to 40% and taking unpaid leave subject to client agreement - Specific benefits depending on the mission (public transport subscription, etc.).
