Senior Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior ETF Business Analyst
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Salary/Rate: Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: Immediate start
Job Type: Minimum 6 months (rolling contract)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a new Active Fixed ETF product capability, with future work expected to extend into broader Active ETF initiatives and platform enhancements.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Lead detailed requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Engage with and manage third-party vendors, including oversight of key project activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support and contribute to ongoing project governance activities
• Produce business process documentation and target operating models to support change delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong background in Investment Management
• Proven knowledge of ETFs, particularly European ETFs
• Experience within Private Markets & Growth
• Experience working on product or platform change initiatives within asset management
