Senior Business Analyst - Permanent Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits

We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of a consultancy delivering transformation programmes for NHS clients. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative consulting team and shape large-scale organisational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis across NHS transformation and operating model programmes
  • Engage stakeholders to capture and document business needs
  • Develop business cases, process improvements and target operating models
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of change solutions
Skills and experience needed:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within NHS projects
  • Exposure to organisational change and operating model design
  • Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in complex environments
