Senior Business Analyst

My client, based in Netherlands, is looking to engage a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Details:

• Location: Breda, Netherlands (Also consider remote Netherlands based candidates)
• Duration: 6 Months
• Rate: €65

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and recommend technology solutions-whether by implementing new systems, building custom solutions, or enhancing existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current business processes and identify system improvements
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, developers, and business units
• Support greenfield and brownfield project implementations

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Exposure to Salesforce (configuration or analysis)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
• Advantageous: experience across multiple domains (e.g., applications, infrastructure, hosting)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in full project lifecycle delivery
• Background in complex, enterprise-scale system builds
