Senior Building Surveyor - Hybrid, Leeds/Manchester

Monaghans Property is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor for our Leeds or Manchester office, with projects across Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Residential sectors. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for progression within a growing Built Asset Consultancy team.

The candidate should have a relevant degree or CIOB/MRICS progress, strong leadership, and excellent client-facing communication. Travel within the UK for site inspections is expected.
