Senior Building Control Lead - Building Safety Expert

Tile Hill is recruiting a Level 3 Registered Building Inspector to lead the Building Control service in Hammersmith & Fulham. The role oversees statutory Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act, dangerous structures and fire safety within a flagship London environment.

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Property, you will provide expert advice to developers, design teams and regulators, and you will shape safe, compliant and well-designed buildings across the borough.
