Senior Building Control Consultant

Join a specialist UK consultancy as part of the growing Building Safety team. This is a new position created in response to the Building Safety Act, seeking someone who can support the CDM/Health & Safety Team as a BR/PD and Building Regulations Consultant. Our client is looking for a professional with a Building Control background and strong building regulations knowledge to deliver BSA-related projects within the team. This role can be performed from anywhere in the UK, but proximity to London is preferred.

As a Senior Building Control Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the Principal Designer (Building Regulations) role, primarily focusing on Safety Management and also supporting wider company functions. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the PD/BR function, processes, and competency evidence.
