Senior Bridal Sales Consultant wed2b - Middlesbrough (In-store) 12 hours per week at £13.06 per hour + uncapped commission Deliver exceptional bridal experiences - while leading by example on the shop floor.

At wed2b, our Senior Bridal Sales Consultants combine strong sales performance with a supportive, customer-focused approach. In this role, you'll not only achieve your own targets but also help guide and develop the wider team to deliver consistent results.

Your day to day responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering strong personal sales performance
• Support, coach, and motivate Bridal Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for every bride and their guests
• Build rapport quickly and understand each bride's style, needs, and budget
• Select and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence and care
• Provide guidance and share best practice to help improve overall team performance

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium or customer-focused environment
• A strong track record of achieving individual sales targets
• Confidence in supporting or mentoring others within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and commercial focus
• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays
• £13.06 per hour + uncapped commission
