Senior Bid & Preconstruction Manager

Willmott Dixon is seeking a dynamic Senior Preconstruction Project Manager (Bid Manager) for our Midlands region. Based in Birmingham with hybrid working, you'll lead the preconstruction bid process across diverse sectors and manage internal and external resources to deliver bids on time and within budget.

You will oversee two-stage/negotiated tenders for projects from £10m to £100m, driving teamwork, sustainability objectives, and customer satisfaction.
