What you'll do
- Take ownership of high-complexity bereavement cases and resolve queries effectively
- Deliver clear and compliant communication to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate on inheritance tax and regulatory projects within the business
- Provide training and support to colleagues to embed best practices
- Champion process improvements aligned to client-focused solutions
What you bring
- Significant experience in bereavement case handling within financial services
- Strong background in client services with exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance practices
- Comfortable working with sensitive matters and supporting vulnerable clients
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
