Pandora is seeking a Reward, Compensation & Benefits professional to lead Benefits for the UK and Western Europe, working with HR and business stakeholders to keep reward programs competitive and compliant. The role focuses on Benefits with supporting compensation analytics and regional reward projects.

You will translate global reward frameworks into practical local solutions, manage relationships with providers, and drive governance across benefit programmes while partnering with the
