Senior Audit Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Audit Adviser to join our Client's expanding and highly regarded Audit, Accounting & Advisory Team, with opportunities available in a few locations

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working predominantly on statutory audits for a varied portfolio of corporate clients and business owners
• Preparing year-end accounts and assisting with ad-hoc advisory projects
• Working closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners to deliver high-quality and efficient audits
• Managing audit teams and ensuring assignments are completed accurately and to a high standard
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact from day one
• Working alongside corporate tax colleagues to provide a joined-up service to clients
• Training and developing junior members of the audit team
• Taking responsibility for smaller audits as your experience develops
• Identifying opportunities to improve audit quality, efficiency, and client service

What We're Looking For:

• Significant previous audit experience within an audit or mixed audit and accounts environment
• Part-qualified or post-exam qualified accountant
• Strong understanding of statutory audit and accounts preparation
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Positive, resilient, and commercially minded approach
• Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and manage competing deadlines
• Strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing accountancy practice
