Senior Associate: Leasehold Enfranchisement Expert

Trowers & Hamlins LLP in Birmingham seeks a Senior Associate/Legal Director to support the leasehold enfranchisement team within the Property Disputes practice. You will act for landlords and leaseholders on extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage.

The role requires at least five years' post-qualification experience, strong knowledge of enfranchisement, and a proactive, client focussed approach.
