Job Description

Arthur Cox LLP in Dublin seeks a Senior Associate to lead the full lifecycle advice on Irish investment funds within the Asset Management & Investment Funds Group. You will drive complex fund establishment, draft key documentation, and liaise with the Central Bank of Ireland and industry bodies.

The role requires 4-5 years' PQE, exceptional drafting and commercial acumen, and a track record of managing multiple transactions while mentoring junior lawyers.
