An Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team with a strong reputation for handling complex, high-profile work across the UK.

Responsibilities

• High-value and strategically significant Employment Tribunal litigation
• Complex discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations issues
• Workplace and regulatory investigations
• Major restructurings, reorganisations and redundancy programmes
• TUPE and business change projects
• Day-to-day and strategic employment law advisory work for a diverse client base

You will work closely with leading employers on some of their most challenging workplace issues, advising on matters that are often high-profile, business-critical and intellectually stimulating.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with relevant Employment Law experience
• Associate or Senior Associate level (minimum of 3 years or more)
• Strong technical and commercial skills
• Experience managing complex employment matters and client relationships
