Senior Asset Compliance & Safety Leader (Housing)

Southern Housing is seeking a strategic Head of Asset Compliance to lead a multidisciplinary team across electrical safety, water hygiene and domestic alarms. You will shape policy, manage major contracts and budgets, and provide assurance to the Executive Team and the Board.

Based in London with hybrid working, you'll drive compliance across residential portfolios, collaborate with residents, regulators and suppliers, and develop plans that keep our homes safe and compliant for the future.
