Senior Art Director: Lead Visual Campaigns & Craft

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape the creative output, culture and future of a fast-growing studio in Central London. You will lead visual development, craft stand-out campaigns and mentor junior creatives in a hybrid setup, three days in-studio.

The role requires exceptional design and art direction skills with a strong portfolio spanning branding, campaigns and film, plus the ability to present ideas confidently to clients and teams.
