Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Clerkenwell, Central London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist / Senior Technologist with proven experience delivering multi-sector projects and who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD.

Office: Clerkenwell, Central London with Hybrid working 1 day per week from home

Hours: Full-time, permanent position - Monday to Friday

Duties
  • Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications to building regulation standards
  • Lead on project coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Undertake the Building Safety Act Principal Designer role where required
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and associated design software
  • Experience as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, or readiness to step into the role
  • Strong practical knowledge of UK building and planning regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
