Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their established Architecture and Interior Design practice based in Lewes. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team on a variety of projects within the hospitality and residential sectors, ranging from small to large scale. Experience in hospitality is advantageous, but candidates with experience in other sectors are also considered.

• Use Vectorworks daily; experience with AutoCAD and Revit is also acceptable.
• Mentor and review colleagues' work, taking initiative within projects.
• Occasional site visits.
• Work on projects valued from £1 Million to £250 Million.
• Develop planning applications and construction details.
• Coordinate tender and construction design packages.
• Provide technical advice on user and site specifications.
• Be part of a small, collaborative design/technical team.
• Position based within a commutable distance of Lewes.
• Motivated individual with strong teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in hotel projects is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
