About Your New Job

As a Senior Architectural / Structural BIM Technician,youwill:

  • Produce high-quality 3D models using Autodesk Revit and generate accurate 2D documentation.
  • Lead the management and coordination of multidisciplinary models, including clash detection and spatial coordination, and represent our client at BIM coordination meetings.
  • Act as an Appointed Party for projects under I.S. EN ISO 19650, implementing BIM standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver large-scale and challenging projects efficiently.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BIM/Revit staff, and serve as a liaison with architects, engineers, and contractors.
What Skills You Need
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD, including the ability to produce high-quality renders with detailed lighting and textures.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-team player attitude is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Common Data Environments.
  • Efficient time management and a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar technical role; Irish or UK experience is a distinct advantage.
