Senior Architect

A London based, award winning executive architectural practice has a vacancy for a Senior Architect. Their portfolio is broad, but all large scale, with a significant proportion being commercial, residential, or mixed use. Almost all their projects are in London.

Working generally from RIBA Stage 3+ to completion, you will be responsible for running a team and for the delivery of great and interesting projects. This is a client-facing role, where you will be running projects or packages on very large projects. Not all work is for contractors or developers; often, the practice will be employed by or work alongside design architects, providing design interface management or design monitoring services, ensuring efficiency and the correct technical design approach from the early design stages.

The practice uses Revit (and occasionally AutoCAD when required), and Revit proficiency is essential. You will require experience working on large scale UK projects, a solid understanding of UK building regulations, and a secure understanding of managing project risks. Additionally, you must be able to manage and integrate Revit information produced by the design team and be competent at technical detailing across all packages of information. You will have previously held a Project Architect position.
