What You'll Do:

• Develop an expert understanding of Workiva, Kyriba, OneStream, BlackLine or similar digital finance technologies across modules, including implementation.
• Discuss digital finance technology and processes in detail, transitioning seamlessly between the two.
• Assist in developing and leading executive level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
• Work alongside cross functional teams to execute multiple project management activities, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.
• Execute work products with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow through.
• Demonstrate effective organizational skills and manage multiple and competing priorities efficiently.
• Support Analysts through feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing to strengthen delivery quality.
• Embrace evolving responsibilities, willingly undertaking additional duties and demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.
• Operate in alignment with Clearsulting's global Expectations by Rank (EBR) framework, demonstrating growth across five performance dimensions: Functional Knowledge, Business Acumen, Technical Skills, Core Competencies, and Leadership & Relationships.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
• 3+ years of finance consulting and/or implementation experience in technologies such as BlackLine, Workiva, OneStream, Kyriba, or similar.
• Proven track record in practice growth, responsible for revenue and margin targets associated with technology implementation and finance transformation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex business concepts to executive audiences without grammatical errors.
• Strong project management experience, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Nice to Haves:

• Understanding of project methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, leading practices, and execution.
