Job Description
Role Responsibilities
  • Provide second line oversight and support for Consumer Protection Compliance activities across the business.
  • Review complaints trends, customer outcomes, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support governance reporting for senior management, committees, and board forums.
  • Contribute to regulatory change initiatives, compliance projects, and control enhancements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide guidance and constructive challenge on consumer protection requirements and risk management practices.
  • Help strengthen consumer protection frameworks, reporting processes, and oversight activities to support fair customer outcomes.
Role Requirements
  • Experience within Compliance, Risk Management, Consumer Protection, Conduct Risk, Audit, or a related field within a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of compliance oversight, risk management, or regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience preparing reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a second line of defence role.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Exposure to Consumer Protection, Compliance Monitoring, Compliance Testing, or Regulatory Compliance activities.
Work Shift
