Senior AMR Genomics Scientist - Pathogen Research (Hybrid)

You will develop rules for predicting antimicrobial phenotype from genotype, curate AMR gene catalogs, and support ML-driven AMR predictions, while liaising with stakeholders and contributing to data generation.
