Senior AMR Genomics Scientist - Hybrid & Impact-Driven

The Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) invites a Senior Scientist with AMR genomics expertise to join the Pathogen Program in Oxford. You will provide expert input across AMR tasks, curate resistance loci, support genome and AST data, and help interpret resistance mechanisms while working with cross-disciplinary teams.

You will develop rules to predict antimicrobial phenotypes from genotypes, review MIC/WGS data for anomalies, and collaborate with ML researchers to advance diagnostic
