Senior AI Trust & Governance Leader

Marsh Risk is seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to head AI Trust and Governance. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and reports to the Marsh Risk AI and Digital Colleague Experience leader.

You will guide governance across AI initiatives, drive risk assessment, and align with regulatory expectations. You'll partner with regional leaders, deliver executive reporting, and champion practical, scalable controls for compliant AI development.
